We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Lead to drive Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives and deliver workforce planning solutions using Oracle EPM Cloud. This role will partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to align workforce strategy, skills, and costs with long-term organizational objectives through data-driven planning and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Workforce Planning activities, including workforce demand and supply forecasting, gap analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle EPM / EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions.
- Develop workforce planning models covering headcount, FTEs, skills, compensation, and workforce costs.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable workforce plans.
- Support workforce optimization, transformation, budgeting, and organizational planning initiatives.
- Deliver workforce insights, reports, and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure workforce planning processes and solutions align with business goals and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Strategic Workforce Planning, Workforce Analytics, or related workforce transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud / EPBCS Workforce Planning.
- Good understanding of workforce cost planning, skills planning, capacity planning, and scenario analysis.
- Experience delivering consulting engagements or large-scale enterprise workforce planning implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Oracle EPM / EPBCS certification.
- Experience working within public sector or large enterprise environments.
- Exposure to HR transformation, Finance transformation, or enterprise planning programs.
